What is the Eldeco Lucknow price per sq ft?

Eldeco reported an average selling rate of ₹8,391 per sq ft across its projects in April to June 2026, per company results coverage. That figure mixes Trinity with cheaper IIM Road towers, so project rates vary widely.

• Eldeco Trinity Lucknow price: the company reported about ₹8,200 per sq ft on super area for its July to September 2025 sales; today's listings start higher.
• Eldeco Hanging Garden Lucknow price: about ₹6,500 to ₹6,800 per sq ft at launch in 2025, per the company.
• Eldeco Skywalk Lucknow price list: about ₹5,500 to ₹6,000 per sq ft at launch in 2025, per the company.

What do ready-to-move Eldeco flats cost on resale?

Older Eldeco societies sell only as resale, so most Eldeco Lucknow flats for sale in these projects come from owners. Asking rates we saw in 2026 ranged from about ₹4,600 to ₹8,500 per sq ft.

Eldeco Greens asks sit far below the Gomti Nagar average of about ₹12,350 per sq ft, likely reflecting the age of the buildings. What is the total cost over the listed price?

On a ₹1 crore Eldeco flat, expect to pay about ₹1.08 crore to ₹1.13 crore in all. The extra comes from:

• Stamp duty: 7% for a man; 6% for a woman buyer on property up to ₹1 crore (check the current rule above that); plus 1% registration fee.
• GST: 5% on an under-construction flat; none on a ready flat with a completion certificate or a resale.
• Other charges: parking, club, power backup and maintenance deposit. Ask for these in writing; they are not in the base price.
