Rental demand is thin in volume but high in quality; central apartments let to long-tenure professional tenants rather than churning. The trade-off is honest to state. Central buildings usually have less parking, smaller common areas and no resort-style amenity deck compared with peripheral projects at similar prices. Check parking allotment first, because in this belt it is the binding constraint. Then the usual set for an older property: completion certificate, title chain, encumbrance certificate, society no-dues, maintenance accounts and sinking fund. And since the construction year is unestablished, ask for the original approval documents specifically — they will date the building definitively.
