- Fraud, theft, or misappropriation of funds or property
- Bribery, corruption, or kickbacks
- Misrepresentation of projects, pricing, or approvals
- Financial irregularities or falsification of records
- Breach of RERA or other legal and regulatory obligations

How to Report
Share as much detail as you can — what happened, who was involved, and any dates or evidence. You may report through any of the channels below:
Realty Doctors, Vrinadavan Complex, Sector 12, Vrindavan Colony, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Please mark your communication “Confidential — Whistle-blower” so it reaches the right team directly.
Confidentiality
We treat every report as confidential. Your identity will not be disclosed without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law or is essential to a fair investigation. You may also choose to report anonymously.
Protection Against Retaliation
Anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation — including harassment, intimidation, or adverse treatment — against a person for reporting. Retaliation is itself a serious violation of this policy.
How We Handle Your Report
When we receive a report, we will:
- 1Acknowledge your report and assign it a confidential reference.
- 2Review the concern impartially and gather relevant facts.
- 3Investigate through the appropriate authority, keeping your identity protected.
- 4Take corrective action where warranted and record the outcome.
Good-Faith Reporting
This policy protects genuine concerns raised in good faith, even if they later prove to be mistaken. However, knowingly making false or malicious allegations is a misuse of this policy and may lead to appropriate action.
