Which projects near IT City are UP RERA-registered?

A completion date that has passed means the phase should be complete, extended or worth a question. Ask for the completion certificate, and for plots bought on resale, the sale-deed chain.

Pintail Park City: what is on offer?

Pintail Park City is a township at Ahmamau on Sultanpur Road, marketed as close to the old HCL IT City campus. Our listing shows plots and villas from ₹80 lakh up to ₹4.15 crore. The Phase 1 plots are registered as UPRERAPRJ15457, with a completion date of Mar 2023 on UP RERA. Ask which phase a plot is in, because later phases carry their own registrations.

1. Open up-rera.in registered projects and search the number.
2. Match the promoter's name, project name and village with the brochure.
3. Note the completion date and look for any extension order.
4. Check that quarterly progress reports are filed.
5. Match your plot number on the sanctioned layout uploaded there.

A project that says RERA is "not required" should prove its land is 500 sq m or less and it has 8 or fewer plots across all phases.

Government scheme or private project?
