It is one of the larger townships on this corridor, spread over about 200 acres just off Amar Shaheed Path. The township mixes plots, villas, independent floors, group housing and an EWS/LIG pocket, but this listing covers the plotted phases, which is where most buyer interest sits. The township plan includes a clubhouse with pool and gym, tennis, basketball and badminton courts, parks, schools, a shopping arcade and CCTV. Location is the reason prices are high. Shaheed Path is about 1 KM away, HCL IT City about 2 KM, Ekana Cricket Stadium about 3 KM, Phoenix Palassio about 4 KM, Medanta about 7 KM and the airport about 17 KM. It suits end-users who want to build a large independent house near the IT City belt, and long-term land investors. The trade-off is cost: land here is priced well above most plotted projects further down Sultanpur Road, and many plots may stay empty for years, so the neighbourhood will take time to fill in.
