The largest 4,863 sq ft plots are quoted around ₹2.04 crore. That works out to roughly ₹3,700 to ₹4,200 per sq ft of land. The project is registered under UPRERAPRJ418011, and the developer reports it as fully complete, with possession offered from 2025. A smaller 1.21-acre Kailasha Enclave Extension is registered separately under UPRERAPRJ214983. Planned facilities include a clubhouse, pool, gym, parks, a jogging track, a party lawn, a banquet hall, a departmental store, an STP, rainwater harvesting, power backup and CCTV. Shatabdi School is about 1.2 KM away, Bakkas railway station about 2.4 KM and Amrut Hospital about 5.7 KM. It suits buyers who want to build their own house on a ready plot, or who want to hold land on Sultanpur Road below ₹75 lakh. The honest trade-off is distance: this is the Gosainganj side of the corridor, well past Shaheed Path, HCL IT City and Ekana, so social life and jobs are a drive away.
