Jashn Samsara Homes is a completed, gated plotted development by Jashn Realty at Pocket GH-1C, Sector G, Sushant Golf City, on the Sultanpur Road side of Lucknow. It is also marketed by the developer simply as Samsara Homes. Plots and villas, not apartments This is a land product. Around 74 plots sit inside a gated, LDA-approved layout, and buyers either build their own home or buy one of the villas already completed by earlier owners and offered on resale. That is a meaningfully different proposition from an apartment in the same township: you control the design, the specification and the build timeline, and you own the land outright rather than an undivided share of it. The trade-off is that construction cost, approvals and supervision sit with you. Plot sizes The developer's plot schedule runs in five types. Type A is about 112.5 sq.m, roughly 134.5 square yards or 1,211 sq.ft. Type B is about 149.94 sq.m, roughly 179 square yards. Type C runs 200 to 220 sq.m, around 239 to 263 square yards. Type D runs 221 to 250 sq.m, around 264 to 299 square yards. Type E runs 250 to 350 sq.m, around 299 to 418 square yards — the largest plot on the layout is therefore close to 3,762 sq.ft. Quoted prices on listing portals span roughly ₹1.10 crore at the entry size to ₹3.42 crore at the top, which puts the layout in the region of ₹8,000 per sq.ft of land. Location Sector G sits on the Sultanpur Road edge of Sushant Golf City, about 1.2 km from Sultanpur Road itself. A school is roughly 1.4 km away, Lulu Mall about 3.2 km, a hospital around 3.5 km and Amar Shaheed Path about 4 km. HCL IT City, Medanta, the ISKCON temple and Phoenix Palassio are all within a short drive. The practical advantage of this pocket is the IT and medical employment base close by, which is what supports both rental demand and resale depth for built homes. Amenities and infrastructure The layout is gated with 24x7 security and includes landscaped green areas, a yoga park, children's play area, jogging tracks, an open gym, a temple, an internal convenience store and street lighting, with rainwater harvesting and reserved parking. Shopping, schooling and healthcare are served by the wider township rather than by the project itself, which is normal for a plotted scheme of this size. An honest note on the RERA position Listings for this project are inconsistent about its registration. One portal displays a UPRERAAGT number, which is an agent registration rather than a project registration. The developer's own site at one point showed a project number that independent RERA trackers attribute to Jashn Elevate, a different Jashn Realty project. A separate developer page states the project's RERA number is pending. We have therefore not published a RERA number on this page rather than publish one we cannot stand behind.
