A second small oddity worth knowing: the project is called Twin Towers, but the most detailed third-party record describes a single tower of eleven floors holding all 98 units. Ask which it is. The amenity list is short and specific rather than padded: a badminton court, gym, kids' play area, party hall, a double-height entrance lobby, an exclusive entrance gate, greens to overlook — and a **Miyawaki forest**, which is a dense native-species planting rather than a lawn, and a genuinely unusual thing to find in a Lucknow project of this size. On sizes and price, the sources split cleanly into two incompatible sets. One gives carpet areas of 768 and 897 sq.ft for the 2 BR and 1,001 and 1,046 sq.ft for the 3 BR, with prices of ₹63.00 to ₹74.66 lakh. Another gives super built-up areas of 1,308, 1,372, 1,523 and 1,755 sq.ft with prices from ₹65 lakh to ₹1.12 crore, and a third quotes "from ₹80.76 lakh".
