There is one trap on Eldeco Samridhi that we want to clear before anything else, because it has sent buyers to the wrong side of the city. The UP RERA filing for this project lists an address in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar. That is Eldeco’s corporate office — the promoter’s registered address, which is what that field on the form captures. It is not where the project is. Samridhi is in Eldeco Udyan-2, on Raebareli Road, in Tehsil Sarojini Nagar, at the opposite end of Lucknow from Gomti Nagar. Any listing that tags this project as a Gomti Nagar property has misread the form. The registration number needs the same care. UPRERAPRJ6773 is the number we hold, registered 1 August 2017 to Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited, but a variant — 677382 — also circulates on at least one listing platform. Before you pay anything, pull the registration yourself on the UP RERA portal and match the promoter name, the khasra numbers and the unit schedule to the flat you are being shown. That takes ten minutes and it is the single highest-value ten minutes in any Lucknow resale transaction. Two further figures are disputed and we will not smooth them over. The unit count appears as both 154 and 126. The completion position appears as a certificate uploaded 27 September 2019 and, separately, as a February 2021 completion date. The land area is the one number that is stable: 13.4284 acres. Thirteen-plus acres is a substantial parcel, and it places Samridhi among the larger delivered communities on the Raebareli Road side. Eldeco Udyan itself is worth understanding, because Samridhi does not stand alone. Udyan Phase I launched around 2003-04; Udyan-II was completed in 2005-06 and handed over under the name Suraksha Enclave. Over two decades the Udyan address has accumulated a cluster — Samridhi, Saksham, Sanskriti Enclave, Suraksha Enclave, and more recently Eldeco Hanging Gardens in Sector IV, Raksha Khand. That maturity is the real argument for buying here. Trees are grown, roads are settled, schools and clinics are established, and the resident community has been in place long enough that society governance is a known quantity rather than a hope. You are buying a functioning neighbourhood, not a rendering. The connectivity case is straightforward. Raebareli Road is the southern arterial, and this stretch feeds the Amar Shaheed Path corridor, which in turn connects to the Lucknow hospital cluster around SGPGI and Medanta, the Gardens Galleria retail belt and the airport side of the city. For a household with a medical or academic connection to the SGPGI catchment, south Lucknow is the rational address, and Udyan is its most established Eldeco entry point. Current market listings put units here at roughly ₹71.45 Lakh – ₹88.12 Lakh; the exact figure depends on unit, floor and condition, so confirm the live price and availability with us before deciding.
