Eldeco Lucknow news: what launched in 2025 and 2026?

Eldeco launched five products in Lucknow between April 2025 and June 2026, going by the company's results commentary and RERA filings.

• Apr to Jun 2025: Skywalk (IIM Road, registered with UP RERA on 11 Apr 2025) and Hanging Gardens (Raebareli Road) launched.
• Jan 2026: the first phase of villas and plots at Solano Gardens on New Jail Road. The company reported 343 of 433 launched units sold by the end of FY26.
• Apr to Jun 2026: Imperia Avenue, a commercial block at Imperia (44 units), and Eldeco Trinity Faith Tower, a new tower in Gomti Nagar Extension, per the company's results coverage.

What are the Eldeco upcoming projects in Lucknow?

Eldeco has said it bought three land parcels in Lucknow during FY26, two of them through authority auctions, worth about ₹2,000 crore in expected sales. Launches are planned by about March 2027, subject to approvals.

• No project names or locations have been made public yet.
• Eldeco City Courtyard on IIM Road was also in the pipeline in early 2026, but it appears to be a small commercial-format block.
• Do not pay an "EOI" or booking amount for any project before its UP RERA number is live on up-rera.in. Pre-launch bookings without RERA give you no legal cover.

When will these projects be handed over?

The RERA completion date is the latest date the builder has committed to, unless RERA extends it. It is not a forecast.

• Latitude 27: RERA says 13 Nov 2030, but the company has said it is targeting November 2027 internally. Plan around the RERA date and treat earlier delivery as a bonus.
• Eldeco Twin Towers, Lucknow: 21 Jun 2027, the nearest date among the flat projects here.
• Hanging Gardens: the filing shows 30 Jan 2032, the furthest date here. One line in a published copy of the record mentions 2030, so confirm the date on up-rera.in before you sign.
• Eldeco Imperia Phase 2, Lucknow: the company reported a completion certificate in the January to March 2026 quarter, ahead of its RERA date.
• Eldeco Imperia Phase I: UP RERA's project list showed a "Default on QPR" flag (quarterly progress report) for Imperia Phase I on 30 Sep 2026. Check its current status on up-rera.in before booking.

Which new Eldeco project suits which buyer?

• First home under ₹1 crore near IIM Road: a 2 BHK in Eldeco Skywalk, Lucknow's lowest-priced new Eldeco tower, or Twin Towers. Twin Towers has the earlier handover date.
• 3 BHK for a family, ₹1 to 1.5 crore: Latitude 27 (IIM Road) or Eldeco Hanging Gardens, Lucknow's new Raebareli Road tower. Latitude 27 sits inside the Eldeco City township.
• Large flat in the city's newer premium belt: Eldeco Trinity, Lucknow's only Eldeco project in Gomti Nagar Extension and the only flat project here above ₹2 crore.

Can NRIs book these projects?

Yes. NRIs can buy flats, villas and residential plots in India, but not agricultural land, and must pay through an NRE or NRO bank account. Check that the unit you pick is residential, since Solano Gardens also has commercial plots. Ask the builder for the payment plan in writing and keep every receipt in your own name.
