Eldeco Shaurya is a 43.3-acre gated township at 489 Bijnor Road, Natkur, in Tehsil Sarojini Nagar — expandable villas and plots at roughly two units per acre, which is about as low-density as organised development gets in Lucknow. Eldeco's own project card shows no RERA number for Shaurya. That is misleading, and worth correcting, because **Shaurya is registered — in three separate blocks**: - **Eldeco North Block at Eldeco Shaurya — UPRERAPRJ17593** - **Eldeco Inner Circle — UPRERAPRJ928011** - **Eldeco South Block — UPRERAPRJ641397** The North Block record is the most complete document we retrieved for any Eldeco Lucknow project. It was registered on 22 September 2018 with Eldeco Housing and Industries Limited as promoter, Swarg Constructions Private Limited and an individual co-promoter alongside. Its proposed completion was 25 February 2026, extended by six months to 24 August 2026 under the COVID-19 force-majeure provision. Crucially, a **project completion certificate was uploaded on 21 October 2022 and the RERA account closure was approved on 5 April 2023** — which, taken together, is the strongest evidence available that this block is genuinely delivered rather than merely marketed as ready. We will flag one oddity on the face of the regulator's own record: the completion certificate date and the account closure date both precede the stated proposed-completion date of 2026. That sequence does not make sense, and we are not going to interpret it for you. Ask for the certificate itself. Registration and completion dates for Inner Circle and South Block could not be retrieved at all. What you are buying here is land in a low-density gated estate with a genuine landscape programme — Eldeco's plan includes the planting of approximately 1,600 trees, alongside a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, children's play area, wide metalled internal roads, a sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting and provision for a shopping plaza and a school plot, all behind an access-controlled entrance. On pricing, be careful. The 1,744 sq.ft plot is quoted at **₹45.50 lakh by one portal and ₹1.01 crore by another** — a 2.2-fold divergence on an identical unit. A third set of figures gives 2 BHK villas at 1,029 and 1,200 sq.ft for ₹55 lakh and ₹66 lakh. No source states whether any of these areas are plot area, built-up or carpet. The band on this listing is your own rate card; treat every portal figure as unverified and work from the allotment sheet. Position is the trade-off. Eldeco Shaurya sits well out on the Bijnor Road corridor — the airport is about 12.8 km away, SGPGI 10.3 km and Amausi Metro 11.4 km. You are further from the city than a Shaheed Path or Gomti Nagar address, and you are paying for land and low density instead of proximity. For a buyer who wants to build rather than buy a flat, and who values two units per acre over a short commute, that is a rational trade.
