The registered site address reads "Plot No GH-4 - Integrated Housing Scheme Eldeco City At IIM Road Lucknow", in **Tehsil Bakshi Ka Talab**, village Muttakipur. One small thing to be aware of: the RERA certificate PDF renders the number as "UPRERAPORJ859279/04/2025", with an extra O. The project summary page and Eldeco's own site both give UPRERAPRJ859279/04/2025, and that is almost certainly a text-extraction artefact in the PDF rather than a second registration. We are flagging it rather than quietly correcting it, because if your bank's legal team spots the discrepancy you will want to know where it came from. What Skywalk actually offers is 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in a 133-acre township that Eldeco has been building out since well before RERA existed — which means the roads, the parks, the local shopping and the neighbours are already there. That is the real argument for buying inside Eldeco City rather than on a greenfield site: you can walk the estate on a weekday evening and see how it has aged. The amenity set is proportionate to 195 homes rather than grandiose: a badminton court, an amphitheatre, a half basketball court, a multipurpose court, an open gym, an indoor multipurpose hall, a gym, kids' play area and indoor sports, under CCTV.
