In June 2026, flats there averaged about ₹7,600 per sq ft and villas about ₹8,550 per sq ft. Ekana Stadium, Lulu Mall and Medanta hospital are all on its edge.

Sushant Golf City sits in south-east Lucknow, between Amar Shaheed Path and Sultanpur Road, with the Shaheed Path–Sultanpur Road junction at its north-west corner. The Sushant Golf City pin code is 226030, served by the Sushant Golf City sub post office.

Ansal markets the township as 6,465 acres, and the Sushant Golf City location is sold on its road frontage. That is the developer's own figure, and the land area has changed over the years, so treat it as approximate. The Ansal Golf City Lucknow location is easy to spot on a map: Ekana Stadium is on its northern side, and Lulu Mall and Medanta are at its western edge on Shaheed Path.

How far is Sushant Golf City from the airport and the city centre?

Measured from the Shaheed Path–Sultanpur Road junction, the Sushant Golf City Lucknow distance to the airport is about 15 km by road and Hazratganj about 14 km. We measured these with OpenStreetMap routing on 2 Oct 2026. The times are for empty roads, so add time for traffic.

Your own distance depends on which pocket you are in, because the township is large. A flat deep inside Sector C will be a few kilometres further from Shaheed Path than one near the Ansal Plaza side.

On metro, Lucknow's draft mobility plan of June 2026 proposes two corridors ending at CG City: Indira Nagar–CG City (11.5 km) and CG City–SGPGI (9.8 km). These are proposals awaiting state approval, not approved lines.

How is Sushant Golf City laid out?

The township is divided into sectors, such as A, B, C and F, and each sector into pockets. Group housing parcels sit inside these. For example, Rishita Mulberry Heights and Rishita Serenity are in Sector C, Pocket 6.

The 18-hole golf course is the centre of the plan, with plots, villas and flats around it. Delhi Public School has a campus inside the township, and Ekana Mall is about 0.8 km away.

A Sushant Golf City Lucknow address on your documents will usually read "Sector X, Pocket Y, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow". When you check a property, match that exact sector and pocket against the RERA record, not just the township name.

What are Sushant Golf City property rates in 2026?

In June 2026, the Sushant Golf City Lucknow flat price averaged about ₹7,600 per sq ft, villas about ₹8,550 and shops about ₹12,500. The flat rate was about ₹6,800 in September 2025, so it rose roughly 12% in nine months.

The quarterly trend for flats ran ₹6,800 (Sep 2025), ₹6,450 (Dec 2025), ₹7,000 (Mar 2026) and ₹7,600 (Jun 2026). So the rate has gone up and down by quarter, but the year-on-year direction has been up.

Newer group housing asks more than the average. Rishita Serenity was listed at about ₹10,650 per sq ft, Chandra Panorama at about ₹9,350 and Rishita Mulberry Heights at about ₹8,950. Older Ansal flats and resale homes pull the average down.

What is the Sushant Golf City circle rate?

The circle rate for the Ansal colony is ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per sq m, effective 1 Aug 2025. That works out to roughly ₹3,250 to ₹4,650 per sq ft, well below market prices. What is Sushant Golf City rent for a 2, 3 or 4 BHK?

In mid-2026, apartments in Sushant Golf City Lucknow rented for about ₹24,300 a month for a 2 BHK, ₹29,600 for a 3 BHK and ₹43,550 for a 4 BHK. The average rental yield worked out to about 3%.

Medanta, Ekana and the offices on Sultanpur Road are all within a few kilometres, which keeps flats in Sushant Golf City Lucknow for rent in steady demand. A flat in a finished, occupied society is easier to let than one in a half-built pocket.

Which projects in Sushant Golf City are by other builders?

Several projects inside the township are by builders other than Ansal, on land they bought from Ansal. Their buyers deal with that builder and its own UP RERA registration. New projects in Sushant Golf City this year include Oro Constella and Okas Sukoon.

Jashn Samsara Homes is also listed in the township, but we could not find a RERA number for it, so check before you pay. Summit Twin Tower (UPRERAPRJ962033) and RLV Octavia (UPRERAPRJ487314) are commercial projects in the area.

Our read: if you want to move in within a year, the ready societies such as Mulberry Heights, Okas Residency and Chandra Panorama make more sense than waiting on Oro Constella's 2028 date. Their maintenance is usually run by the society, so they depend less on Ansal for day-to-day services.

What about Ansal villas, flats and plots?

Ansal's own villas, flats and plots in Sushant Golf City sell mostly as resale. For a Sushant Golf City Lucknow villa price, our listings show Ansal villa enclaves such as Rosewood, Golf Villas and Palm Grove from about ₹1.14 Cr, with Palm Spring from ₹1.94 Cr, and the Celebrity Gardens and Celebrity Meadows flats from about ₹58 lakh to ₹1.4 Cr.

These need more checks than a flat by another builder. Ansal API has been under insolvency (CIRP) since 25 Feb 2025, and part of the township land was mortgaged to LDA as a guarantee. Some of that mortgaged land was sold to buyers.

What is the latest Ansal and LDA news for Sushant Golf City?

The Sushant Golf City LDA takeover is the main news. On 15 Sep 2026 the UP cabinet approved LDA filing a claim to take over and finish the township, with LDA putting the remaining infrastructure cost at about ₹2,217 crore. LDA placed the claim before NCLT, but the hearing around 23–24 Sep did not go ahead. Reports have since given both 15 Oct 2026 and November as the next date.

Here is what has been decided, as of 3 Oct 2026:

• The registries of 2,747 plots sold from the LDA-mortgaged land will not be cancelled. LDA has said those plots will be released sector by sector once development is complete or a guarantee amount is deposited.
• LDA has proposed a township completion fee of about ₹1,150 per sq m, to be charged when a new or revised building map is passed. It is a proposal, and the amount can change.
• Unfinished work LDA has listed includes about 50 km of roads, the sewage plant, the water line, drainage, power substations and parks.
• In March 2025, LDA stopped passing maps in the township while it investigated about 1,000 disputed plots. Ask whether your plot can get a map passed today.

Who should buy in Sushant Golf City right now?

For property in Sushant Golf City Lucknow, apartments in a finished, RERA-registered society by another builder are the lowest-hassle way in. You get the Shaheed Path location, Medanta and Lulu nearby, and a society that runs its own maintenance.

An Ansal plot or villa can cost less per sq ft, but it carries the open questions above. Buy one only if you are comfortable waiting for the NCLT outcome and paying a completion fee if LDA charges it.

If the Ansal uncertainty puts you off but you like this side of Lucknow, look across Shaheed Path at Vrindavan Yojna, or along Sultanpur Road at the IT City and Saumitra Vihar area and Wellness City.
