It is registered with UP RERA in two parts: UPRERAPRJ371638 for the first phase and UPRERAPRJ525944 for Okas Residency II, which covers the newer Towers 21 and 22. This is not a paper launch. Towers 16-17, 17-18 and 19-20 have been delivered, more than 440 families already live here, and the developer says Towers 21-22 have received their completion certificate with possession on offer. The whole campus spans about 16.62 acres with roughly 550 homes, and more than 80% of the land is kept open and green, which is rare at this price point in south Lucknow.
