Ask which entity signs your agreement. Plots are offered in roughly 100 to 250 sq.m bands. Current listings show them at about ₹85 lakh to ₹1.35 crore. The project does not appear on shalimarcorp.com, so rely on the registration for layout, approvals and the development timetable. Who it suits: buyers who want a larger plot on the eastern corridor and are comfortable holding through the development period.
