Two things are worth saying plainly about this project, because most listings elsewhere get them wrong. First, The Nest does not appear on omaxe.com. If the township's club, roads and maintenance matter to your decision, get that answered in writing before you book. The plot size schedule, the number of plots and the project's area in acres have not been published by any source we would stand behind, so this listing shows the price band we are actually seeing and leaves the rest open.
