Konark Sun City is a plotted township by Konarkshine Industries Private Limited at Bhasanda in Mohanlalganj, south Lucknow. The first phase is registered with UP RERA as 'Konark Sun City P1' under UPRERAPRJ562689, and the developer also markets the layout as LDA approved. The township is spread over roughly 37 acres. Plots come in six standard types: 1,250 sq.ft, 1,578 sq.ft, 1,806 sq.ft, 2,153 sq.ft, 2,399 sq.ft and 2,798 sq.ft. The layout plan shows a 60 ft main road, parks, underground drainage and a sewage treatment plant, along with land set aside for a school, hospital, shopping centre, multi-sports ground and a cluster of proposed row houses and villas. The phase was registered in June 2023. Its original RERA completion date of 31 December 2025 has since been extended to 31 December 2026, so on-site development is still in progress. Buyers should weigh that extension when planning a construction start. Pricing works out to roughly ₹3,400 per sq.ft, which puts a 1,250 sq.ft plot a little above ₹42 lakh. That makes the project a fit for families who want a mid-size plot to build an independent house over the next few years, and for investors who prefer land in the Mohanlalganj belt, where SGPGI, Raebareli Road and Kisan Path give the area its growth story.
