Aanandam is a gated plotted colony on the Bijnaur to Sisandi road, in village Bhagu Khera of Sarojini Nagar tehsil. The promoter registered with UP RERA is Truscape Realty, and the registration number is UPRERAPRJ516568/11/2025. The layout falls under the Lucknow Industrial Development Authority (LIDA), which is planning much of the land around Sisandi and the Kanpur Road side of the city. The project covers about 7.47 acres and has 135 residential plots split across three blocks: 54 in Block A, 47 in Block B and 34 in Block C.
