If you have seen 944626 quoted for Valencia County East elsewhere, the listing has made the same mistake. As of the regulator's last update there were no complaints recorded against this registration. Confirm, at booking, whether that date is on track or has been extended. One location caveat: the developer's map pin for Valencia County East is the same pin it uses for the original Valencia County - it does not mark GH-18.
