Rishita Manhattan is one of the larger gated communities in Sector 7, Gomti Nagar Extension, spread over roughly 11.5 acres near Amar Shaheed Path. It is developed by Rishita Developers Pvt Ltd and registered with UP RERA in phases under UPRERAPRJ6682, UPRERAPRJ544612 and UPRERAPRJ868210. The project is well past the promise stage. The developer reports over 1,000 registries completed and more than 1,250 possessions offered, with Phase I handovers from June 2024, while newer towers are still being built. Homes come in 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK. Carpet areas start at about 717 sq.ft for a 2 BHK (roughly 1,099 sq.ft super), about 886 sq.ft for a 3 BHK and about 1,557 sq.ft for a 4 BHK, with the largest 4 BHKs going up to about 2,745 sq.ft super. Towers rise up to 22 floors. At the heart of the plan is about 4 acres of central greens with fountains and water bodies. Around it are a 5-star clubhouse, pool, gym, indoor theatre, tennis and volleyball courts, yoga lawn and jogging track. Pricing varies widely with tower and size. In October 2026, listed prices ran from about ₹84 Lakh for a 2 BHK to about ₹2.45 Cr for a large 4 BHK, before extra charges. 4 BHK offers in the newer C2 tower start around ₹2.02–2.08 Cr, so ask for live inventory. Ekana Stadium, Medanta and the Shaheed Path corridor are close by, and Lulu Mall and the airport road are an easy drive. It suits families who want to move in now, or soon, inside an established community with a working club. If you are buying in a newer phase, check which RERA number covers your tower, its completion date, and whether maintenance and club charges are already running.
