One disambiguation that matters, because an automated name match gets it exactly wrong: Omaxe also runs a project called The Resort in New Chandigarh, Punjab, under PBRERA-SAS80-PR0220 and PBRERA-SAS80-PR0222, where possession has already started. Any Punjab RERA number attached to a "Omaxe The Resort" listing belongs to that project, not this one. On the ground, Omaxe puts the site 850 metres from National Highway 27, 4 km from Medanta Hospital and 6 km from the Gomti Nagar commercial hub. For a buyer at this price point in Lucknow, the low-rise format and the club programme are the differentiators — there is very little competing stock with this brief.
