It was registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority on 10 May 2025 under registration number UPRERAPRJ624607/05/2025, in the name GH-1 Grand Omaxe Lincoln A and B. The promoter of record is Omaxe Limited, with Advaita Properties Private Limited named as co-promoter on the RERA filing — a detail the developer's own marketing material does not carry, and one worth confirming on up-rera.in before you commit. The scheme is compact by design. Two residential blocks, Lincoln A and Lincoln B, stand alongside a separate shopping block of eight retail units, for 98 registered units in all on roughly 6,100 square metres of land. Omaxe advertises two layouts — a 2 BHK + Store of about 1,905 sq.ft and a 3 BHK + Store of about 2,330 sq.ft — while the RERA filing records 90 apartments with carpet areas between 995 and 1,285 sq.ft. Those are the same homes measured differently, so ask for carpet, built-up and super area in writing for the specific unit you are shown. The developer's published price band runs from ₹1.57 crore to ₹1.92 crore, and the declared completion date on the RERA record is 28 February 2030. Two points of confusion are worth clearing up before you shortlist this one. First, The Lincoln is not part of Omaxe Metro City. Metro City is a separate township on Raebareli Road in Tehsil Sarojini Nagar developed through Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited; The Lincoln is registered at Sultanpur Road in Tehsil Lucknow under Omaxe Limited. Second, most broker microsites market this project as a Gomti Nagar Extension address. Both the developer's own project page and the RERA record say Sultanpur Road. The two corridors adjoin and the site does sit within easy reach of Amar Shaheed Path, but the registered address is the one that governs on paper. For a buyer, the appeal here is scarcity rather than scale. Ninety homes and two towers inside a township Omaxe has been building out since 2015 means the schools, retail, hospitals and the Ekana cricket stadium are already in place rather than promised. The trade-off is resale depth: a ninety-unit project will always have a thinner secondary market than a thousand-unit one. It reads as an end-user purchase for someone who wants a large apartment in a settled Omaxe address, rather than an investor play built on churn.
