Several listings show only one or two of these; one well-known portal shows the same number against two different phases, which is simply an error. Confirm which registration covers the specific tower you are being shown. The configurations are 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 3 BHK + Servant, with store-room and extra-terrace variants. Sizes commonly quoted are 1,280 and 1,410 sq.ft for the 2 BHK, 1,575 and 1,688 sq.ft for the 3 BHK, and 1,775 to 1,892 sq.ft for the 3 BHK + Servant. Stale data of that kind is common on Lucknow listings; treat the RERA record as authoritative. Pricing is where this project earns its place on a shortlist. Omaxe's own material references a starting figure around ₹64 lakh, and current market quotes put the 2 BHK in the mid-₹70s lakh and the 3 BHK between roughly ₹87 lakh and ₹1.03 crore, at around ₹6,250 per sq.ft. For Gomti Nagar Extension, in a finished and occupied estate with a working club, that is competitive — and the rental market here is deep because the tenant pool is already proven.
