The registration is an old one — reported as 29 April 2016 — which makes this one of Omaxe's earlier Gomti Nagar Extension launches. Be careful with the name. The UP RERA record for UPRERAPRJ2050 uses the name "Omaxe Hazratganj", the same string Omaxe uses for its separate commercial building under UPRERAPRJ1925. If you search either name you will get both projects mixed together across every portal. What distinguishes them is the registration number, not the name. The product is genuinely varied for a single tower: 1 BHK + Store, 2 BHK + Store and 3 BHK + Store apartments, plus two penthouse formats Omaxe names Anand (4 BHK with terrace) and Jalsa (5 BHK with terrace). Land area is about 2.47 acres. Published unit sizes run from roughly 575 sq.ft for the 1 BHK to about 1,060 sq.ft for the 3 BHK. Omaxe's own page says pricing starts at ₹41 lakh; portal listings put the 1 BHK nearer ₹32 lakh and the 3 BHK around ₹61 lakh. Penthouse sizes and prices have not been published anywhere we would rely on. Two open questions you should put to the developer directly. First, the RERA inventory record for this project lists 294 units broken down as 168 plots and 126 apartments — a plot count that makes no sense for a project marketed purely as apartments and penthouses, and which the source itself flags as not reconciling. Second, the completion date appears three different ways across the public record: 31 July 2023 on one portal, January 2025 on the authority record, and 16 January 2025 on the promoter's own filing. Omaxe's site carries the compound status "Under Construction / Sold Out" without saying which. Get the current position and the occupancy certificate status in writing. What is not in doubt is the address. Sector 7 on Amar Shaheed Path is a proven location — Ekana about 2 km, Janeshwar Mishra Park 5 km, Charbagh 10 km, the airport 15 km — and the 1 BHK and 2 BHK sizes here are among the few genuinely compact formats Omaxe has built in Lucknow. For a first-time buyer, a small investor chasing rental yield, or a parent buying near the stadium-and-IT-City corridor, that is a narrow but real niche.
