The promoter named on the RERA record is Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited — a wholly owned subsidiary of Omaxe Limited, registered at 10 Local Shopping Centre, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Omaxe's own website credits the project to Omaxe Limited and does not mention the subsidiary anywhere. Your builder-buyer agreement will be with whichever entity the RERA record names, so confirm it on up-rera.in and read the agreement's first page carefully. The band on this listing reflects the rates we are seeing transact. Ask us for the live inventory and the current construction-linked payment plan rather than relying on a portal figure. Location is the real argument for Cassia. Omaxe puts Medanta Hospital at 4 km and the Gomti Nagar commercial hub at 6 km, with the airport a short drive and SGPGI effectively next door — the single biggest employment and footfall generator in south Lucknow. The proposed 1,500-acre Aero City adjoins the township, and the outer ring road runs alongside. For a medical professional working at SGPGI, or an investor betting on the Raebareli Road corridor rather than the saturated Gomti Nagar side, that combination is the point. Possession in April 2029 means this is a patient purchase.
