Quoted prices work out close to ₹7,250 per sq ft, from about ₹1.05 Cr for the smallest home to about ₹1.63 Cr for the 4 BHK. A central green of roughly 35,000 sq ft anchors the layout. The club has an activity hall, party and banquet hall, gym and yoga space, with a swimming pool, kids' pool with slides, a theme park, herbs garden and seating for senior citizens. Surya Public School is about 0.6 KM away and HCL IT City about 3.9 KM. Ekana Cricket Stadium and Phoenix Palassio Mall are each about 6.4 KM, Lulu Mall about 7.7 KM and Medanta Hospital about 8.4 KM. It suits buyers who want a bigger 3 or 4 BHK under ₹1.7 Cr and are fine with an outer Sultanpur Road address. The trade-off is that you pay a Shaheed Path-style rate for a location that is 6 to 8 KM beyond it, with the township's shops and schools still coming up. RD tip: the "DPS" in the name is a brand label, while the RERA promoter is BP Infra India LLP. Make sure the allotment letter, agreement and payments all name that entity.
